RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns. We accept refund/ resent in these cases: – Damaged/poor quality printed item – Wrong item (wrong design, wrong product type) – Wrong size item (we sent the wrong item with the one you ordered) – Item has not arrived within 30 days for US order or 60 days for international order Please contact us by email at [email protected] and our support team will help you arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible. A replacement will take time like normal orders (3 business days for processing and 5 – 10 days for delivery). We do not accept refund/resent in these cases: – The customer chooses the wrong size – Package missing due to the wrong shipping address provided – Customer do not like the item material (Polyester) – Customers change the order/ shipping address after the product has been printed and shipped out.
WRONG SIZE ORDER
Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart on each product page.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION
After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 12 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
DAMAGED/ INCORRECT ORDER
We are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items. All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item, and the QR code attached to the package of the affected items. Please contact us by email at [email protected] and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reprint or a refund for you!
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
If your item has not arrived within 30 days for US order or 60 days for international order (not include 7 – 10 days processing) after having ordered, contact one of our heroes through our mail [email protected] for a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)

We will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. We won’t responsible for refund or exchange if you return items on your own without contacting us first. As of right now I plan on becoming an engineer of an unspecified field. I have felt that engineering would suit me well for a long time because I have always been better with numbers than other subjects. Engineering always interested me because it is basically finding solutions to problems and designing the solution in the most effective way possible, whether that be providing the most efficient use of energy or producing the minimum amount of waste. Some of the engineering fields I am interested in includes mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, and industrial engineering. Mechanical engineering interests me rate of 88.5%. The third place university is University of Toronto with a graduation rate of 86%. These numbers were calculated from six years of data and then averaged to get the graduation rate.
