Just gonna leave this here: Snape’s a great character. He’s a terrible, terrible person though. No hero by a long shot. Bullying, abusive incel that only did what he did because he had a crush on a chick he couldn’t get decades earlier. I’m a simple woman who love Harry Potter Disney Avenger.

People can argue Snape’s motives and intentions all day long, and you can certainly question some of his actions. But the bottom line is Harry could NOT have defeated Voldemort without him. Was Snape the best person, absolutely not. But in the end, he did what he had to do. And it was truly brave. He is my favorite and in my opinion the most well-written character in the entire series. I would LOVE any stories about him JK decided to give me. Also obviously we have lost our dear Alan Rickman but I feel like in the future Adam Driver would be an excellent casting choice for future films!

He bullied everyone who wasn’t Slytherin, he did it just to enjoy the feeling of power he had over them. Even though he knows how terrible it is to be bullied and humiliated from his own experience. He even became Nevill’s greatest fear what kind of teacher does that? He only did good things because of his obsession with Lilly (it does not love if you are willing to trade the life of her child she loves the most for her, he didn’t want her to be happy he wanted to have her for himself). He was willing to let Dementors give the kiss to two innocent men just because he had grudge against them. He wanted Harry to be expelled even though he knows it would put him in danger. Sorry but no, he wasn’t a good man nor the hero.
