RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns. We accept refund/ resent in these cases: – Damaged/poor quality printed item – Wrong item (wrong design, wrong product type) – Wrong size item (we sent the wrong item with the one you ordered) – Item has not arrived within 30 days for US order or 60 days for international order Please contact us by email at [email protected] and our support team will help you arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible. A replacement will take time like normal orders (3 business days for processing and 5 – 10 days for delivery). We do not accept refund/resent in these cases: – The customer chooses the wrong size – Package missing due to the wrong shipping address provided – Customer do not like the item material (Polyester) – Customers change the order/ shipping address after the product has been printed and shipped out.
WRONG SIZE ORDER
Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart on each product page.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION
After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 12 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
DAMAGED/ INCORRECT ORDER
We are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items. All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item, and the QR code attached to the package of the affected items. Please contact us by email at [email protected] and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reprint or a refund for you!
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
If your item has not arrived within 30 days for US order or 60 days for international order (not include 7 – 10 days processing) after having ordered, contact one of our heroes through our mail [email protected] for a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)

If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. We won’t responsible for refund or exchange if you return items on your own without contacting us first. The term mass incarceration refers to not only to the criminal justice system but also to the larger web of laws, rules, policies, and customs that control the labeled criminals both in and out of prison today. The future of the black community itself may depend on the willingness of those who care about racial justice to re-examine their basic assumptions about the role of the criminal justice system in our society. In all of history, African Americans have had to constantly fight for their freedoms and the right to be considered a human being in this society. It’s very troubling looking back and seeing where we have failed people in this country. At the turn of the century, when people began to think that we had left our old ways behind, this book reminds us that we are wrong. Racism is still alive today in every way, just in different forms. This number is still increasing at an alarming rate. Since the 1980’s the prison population has increased to 2.2 million men and women. In all of the world, we are the leaders in incarceration. Most of the people being arrested and charged are for drug related offenses. This significant increase in prisoners is due to the War on Drugs started by Ronald Regan. Alexander claims that the sole reason that the war on drugs was started was to maintain the racist nature that faces America.

Alexander realizes that even though the Jim Crow Laws were eradicated, we have just reshaped the ways in which we decide to ruin lives. As the old adage says, “The more things change, the more they remain the same”. I think to a certain point Americans need to have reassurance that things really are changing and here’s where Jim Crow ends, but in the background the powerful people in this country had to come up with a new plan to feed their racist nature. One politician after another want to show how tough they can be on drugs. Each wanting to be stronger than the other. They didn’t care who they were hurting on the bottom, as long as they looked extra tough. The main race being incarcerated and targeted is African Americans. For years, poor neighborhoods have been targeted by police, whose main purpose was to find drugs by any means.
